Under instructions from the Ministry of Health and NZ Dental Council we have closed our clinic for the duration of the shutdown.
We are aware that during this time people will need our help – the government has also recognised this, making dentists an essential service for emergencies only.
Please understand what is defined as an emergency is very narrow, and the procedures we are able to perform is exceptionally limited. We can explain this to you if you have an emergency.
If you have a booking between now and 20th April we are required to postpone this. You are welcome to rebook online (click book online Stoke or Mapua above) from the 20th of April (subject to change)
Non Emergency Treatment
If you have routine dentistry please feel free to book online (click book online Stoke or Mapua above) – we have opened the books form the 20th of April (subject to change)
We are still available to speak with you in an emergency situation. The phone has been diverted and we will be checking messages. We will be available 7 days a week. Please ring 035477725 and leave a message.
Phone or FaceTime consults are available, this way you can show us directly the issue and speak with us directly. We can provide advice on how to get you through the Shutdown.
How to book a phone or Facetime consultation (you will not be coming to the clinic – we will be ringing you for this):
- Please check this medical form link – we need to know your current medical history and will be asking exactly what is on this form, please have your list of medications ready and tell us of any current medical conditions. Emailing it to us first would be most helpful email@example.com.

- Select provider COVID-19
- Select procedure COVID-19 phone consultation
- Ensure you have a contact phone number so we can ring you.
- Give us as many details as you can on the booking page.
